Ysgubor is a semi-detached former ban, adjacent to the owner's home in the town of Llanelli. The cottage sleeps three adults or two adults and two children in a double bedroom which has Jack-and-Jill access to a bathroom. There is also an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with a sofa bed. Outside there is a shared enclosed courtyard and guests have use of the owner's lawned garden.
