The staff were very pleasant generally, however I must single out Dexxon at the Swim shop for his excellent service. He was awesome. Has the gift of making each person feel special and cared for. Additionally, one of the hostesses in particular, went to grest lenghts to ensure we were satisfied when we shared some feedback with her. Unfkrtunately I canvt recall her name. She single handedly ensured we were celebrated for our 40 years of marriage. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The food was decent. Would have liked a bit more variety. Hotel showed concern foe guests by.maintaining the wearing of masks by staff even after the protocols had been lifted. Restautant staff also went to great lengths to sanitise surfaces frequently.

The staff are incredible, the service was. brilliant and our room was amazing - just open the door and you walk out on to a perfect beach. We can’t wait to come again!
