You cannot beat the location of this place, right in the center, close to Borjomi Park; the hosts are super nice, all the facilities in good working condition. Recommended for a short stay
GeorgiaHost was amazing he welcomed us with warm smile and home made wine. Nice and clean room and the room was warm specialy on December when weather is very cold. Highly recommended. Location is good walking distance from the Central Park.

SpainWe stayed for 3 nights. Extended one night. The guesthouse is really very central. From the matrushka station it maybe takes 9 minutes. But you have a lot of shops around, still it is quiet because it is inside an alley. The bridge to get on the other side of the river is about 1 minute away. There are only 2 rooms but you have a fridge in the room and an own shower and cabinet. There's even a kitchenary which you can use. The owners are super friendly and love to help!

It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the main park in Borjomi (but its a pleasant walk near the river and another park). Very friendly host, she arranged for us taxi to Kutaisi Airport for only 120 GEL. Shops, restaurant, a place with chachapuri within 3 minutes walk.
