The house was build in the 1990s and was renovated in 2007 and 2019. What is really nice about the house is its location - it's almost on the beach and almost on a mountain, drowning in green. The house has a garden with seasonal fruits (two types of plums, grapes, oranges, tangerines, loquat, white cherry which are available for guests to try. Guests are very welcome to try my grandfather's homemade wine and plum Vodka as well. The property is quiet and peaceful.

Receiving guests during summer is the family business for a very long time and I also help them in managing these things too. Most probably I'll be your translator at home but If I'm not home, then my sister will assist you in that matter while my mother and grandmother will help Russian speaking guests. I can speak some Turkish too. I am interested in art and philosophy.

First of all, please consider the fact that Batumi itself very well can be size of your city's one district, meaning that it's very small (Only 120 000 registered with 2011 UN data). To be honest, there is not much to do in our neighborhood rather than to go to the beach very quickly (and I mean VERY quickly - 2 -5 minutes at most), go for shopping for food and beverages and to have some night out in a good restaurant. Probably, It's also possible to go to (small fishing) boat trip around the Green cape and hire some bikes (I'll assist you in that matter). Also very famous botanical garden is very close to our neighborhood - 10 minutes of driving (cheap Marshutkas - minibuses go everywhere). As for the other things to do, please, be informed, that there in not much IN OUR neighborhood, but again, Batumi has a lot to offer you and is so small that you'll have a lot of chances to enjoy everything you'd seek for - galleries, museums, nightlife, sight seeings, an aqua park, Aquarium with spectacular shows etc. In that case you'll need to leave the neighborhood, but will you really leave it? It's only 20 minutes drive anyway.
