The newly renovated kitchen includes modern appliances and plenty of storage, making it a joy to prepare meals. The balcony offers a peaceful outdoor escape with lovely views of the neighborhood. With central heating, you'll stay cozy in winter, and the efficient elevator and secure entrance provide both comfort and peace of mind. It is located 2 minutes away from Tsereteli Avenue in a very cozy area. Didube metro station is a 10-minute walk away.
