Property information

Our Guest House is located in the historical location of the city of Kutaisi and spoils our visitors with the tranquility and fantastic views of typical Georgian roofs and green streets. From our roof terrace opens a romantic panorama of old churches, the river Rioni and Bagrati temple. The center and the old town can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Despite the proximity of the center, the house is located in a quiet, historic and typically Georgian street. The Georgian market with specialties, Georgian cheese, sweets and spices is also nearby. We offer double rooms, which can also be used with extra beds as a triple and quadruple room. Breakfast is not included in the price, but can be ordered on request. Georgian specialties, especially homemade khachapuri are offered for breakfast. Our guests have the opportunity to use free internet. The bookings of excursions in and out of town, as well as the taxi, our guests can comfortably carry out by our staff. For further requests, we are always happy to help.
