“A clean, cozy, air-conditioned room with a small private bathroom, tastefully decorated, with a great view and easy access to a fully equipped, shared kitchen and two balconies overlooking Borjomi and the mountains. We had the top floor to ourselves, though I imagine it would be a little less comfortable if all three rooms were busy. “The view from the window and terrace are fascinating. The kitchen is very clean and has all the facilities you need. The owners are very welcoming. Nadya’s father even helped us to bring the luggages up since the rooms are on 1st floor and we have to take stairs. When i needed to wash our clothes Nadya did it which I really appreciated. Place is close to the bridge and leads us directly to the road of borjomi park near crown plaza. Nadya showed us a shortcut so we can walk towards the highway. Restaurants are nearby, small supermarkets and pharmacies are very accessible. Foreign exchange is very near. “Near center, room size was good, we made our own breakfast in the shared kitchen- there were all necessities for that. There is a small shared terrace- nice to have breakfast at or sit with a glass of wine in the evening. The view from it to the other side of Borjomi is wonderful. Did not like the shower in the bathroom- there is no partition- floor gets all wet and can be slippery. Also- there are stairs to the flat- so not for the elderly. “The room is very clean and nicely designed, looking exactly like the pictures. Although the room is small, it's very cozy and offers everything you need. The view from the large window is incredible, and is a good enough reason to stay. There's a pleasant seating area outside the front door facing the same mountain view. There's also a well equipped shared kitchen. The shower is very decent, although we had a problem with the hot water it was quickly fixed when we contacted the host. The host was very pleasant even though he didn't speak English. We found parking very near down the street. The WiFi connection was exceptionally good.” Read more

“Amazing place with stunning views! The owner very smily and hospitable. Breakfast very tasty. The kitchen is fully equipped and you can cook there if you wish. There is coffee and tea available all the time. The room itslef is very nice with good quality matress and bedsheets.
