We traveled as a group of two families, 5 people total. At arrival we were greeted by host who helped with the luggage and showed us rooms so we could make sure that everything suited our needs. 30 minutes later we were downstairs drinking amazing complimentary home wine with the host who answered all of our questions and gave us tips and suggestions on what to see and where to go in Batumi. Host also provides great tours to different places and also has cars for rent. Excellent hospitality, clean, quiet and comfortable rooms with AC and kitchens, 5 min walk to the beach. Definitely exceeded our expectations. Best value for the money! Strongly recommend this place!!!

Apartments are fully furnished and equipped with air conditioners, cable TV, internet, kitchenette, washing machine, refrigerator, ironing facilities, mosquito net, electric kettles, cable channels and pay-per-viewer, autonomous electricity generator, video cameras. Additionally, services include hot tub, free toiletries for the check-in, bathrobe, towels, linens, baby cot upon special request, outdoor sitting area, barbecue, slippers, clothes rack, plates, knives, casseroles, saucepan, etc.
