Tbilisi delights with its rich culture and history.
Tbilisi delights with its rich culture and history. I was particularly charmed by the picturesque streets of the Old Town and Rike Park. I visited the restaurants Kinkali Haus and Friends Haus, where I savored excellent dishes. Getting around Tbilisi is easy and enjoyable. During my next visit, there was nothing I wanted to avoid; everything went smoothly and without any problems.

Excellent and intriguing city, full of contrasts and peculiar places and architecture. The huge amount of historical places and cultural richness is wonderful. People are friendly and one of the most hospitable I've ever encountered. Traditional food is superb and can be found all around the city in a wide range of prices, but overall for good value. The wine is a must try, as Georgia is the tenant of the title of the first wine producing region and still uses a particular production method dating from millenia ago.

Great city to visit.
Great city to visit. Wonderful city to walk around; you wouldn't feel tired :) Great vibes around almost everywhere within the main city, food and music are omnipresent. Absolutely vibrant.
Naomi Vel at Rike park, Kinkhali house at Avlabari street for Georgian dishes and Lumiere's Chimney Cake en route to Freedom square are must visits.
Try booking an english speaking tour guide / driver if you do not speak Russian / Georgian.

A city full of charm and character.
A city full of charm and character. So much history and a lot to see and do. Most locals are friendly and helpfull and for the time being its still reasonable cheap. I felt safe day or night. I definitely recommend it to other travellers.
Super easy and cheap taking taxis via the app Bolt. My favourite place was taking the tram up to the mountain with amazing views of Tbilisi.

Old City of Tbilisi is nice and cosy.
Old City of Tbilisi is nice and cosy. Lot of small shops and bars and restaurants. Not disrupted (yet) by the well known global chains. Our opinion is that one or two days is enough. You can walk in the park and take the gondola or go with zip-cord to have some fun. At the tourist square you can take all kinds of tours. We took the electric oldsmobile tour and that is fun and and has the right duration of max. 45-60min. There is also an air-balloon that goes up a few 100metres and hop-on hop off bus. There are a lot of architect buildings. We did not explore nightlife. The newer part of Tbilisi has big hotels and casinos. Not something worth to go for we would say. Cost in Tbilisi are very reasonable when compared to Western-Europe standard, 50% or even less. Note that Tbilisi Old City has very steep streets. You will not easily walk for miles.

Generally I liked Tbilisi. It is a safe and beautiful place.
Generally I liked Tbilisi. It is a safe and beautiful place. I and my wife enjoyed staying at TbiliSee hotel. Good food and location, and very nice staff especially a lady at the reception.
My wife had lost a wallet at the hotel and we were informed that the wallet was found after our departure. It is very reputable hotel, strongly recommended.
At the same time, I would strongly recommend to ask price first before the participation in any performances with street musicians in Old Tbilisi and other touristic places, otherwise the price for ordinary service would be very expensive and disappointed. Unfortunately, some of street musicians tried to lie you, getting opportunity that you do not know the rate of local currency. Similar situation in some caffe in Old Tbilisi. For example, we were charged 90 Lari for two glass of mulled wine.
My stay at The One Terrace was amazing, great location and a walking distance to the Centre. Hotel is clean, just as you see on booking.com. WiFi is free and very strong signal. They made me feel at home with their wonderful hospitality, especially on my birthday, I didn’t feel alone. Breakfast was good with many options every morning. Yousouf, Bisher, Adam and everyone else at the hotel was very kind, they made me feel very special. I will definitely stay here anytime I visit Georgia. I highly recommend this hotel.
All staff are super friendly and helpful , they treat guests like a family member , here you can enjoy delicious homemade Georgian foods with cheaper cost, they even offer free drinks including homemade wine, tea or coffee. The elder son Saba of the hotel owner even try to help us everything actively . Before we leave the hotel, the owner of the hotel gave us 3 bottles of homemade wine was so kind, for sure we will be back to this hotel in future trip and bring surprise gifts for them.
What a treat! The place is so unique and welcoming! Exactly what we needed after exploring Georgia for a couple of weeks! Perfect quite spot in the center of Tbilisi. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. Small boutique hotel with warm, kind and professional personnel. Roman was so attentive to us and helped with everything we needed - airport transfer, SIM card, cash exchange. And the breakfast! OMG! It was so, so delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any traveler.
It’s a pleasure to come back to this place! The most beautiful apartment in Tbilisi. I love how luxurious it feels and how close to the city center it is.
Perfect location to discover all the tourist attractions, great starting point for day-trips and GeorgianBus to the airport stops right in front of this place.
The host is so lovely, always quick to respond and ready to recommend places to eat. Self check in was also possible which is great.
We’ll be coming back for sure!
Really impressed with the internet speed, huge balcony and neat room!!! The breakfast was a good selection and there was something new to expect in food everyday. Also the staffs were always smiling greeting and helping whenever needed. There is an amazing Georgian restaurant in walking distance called Khinkali house as well as a Thai restaurant if you like Asian food. If you are remote worker and want a quiet place not very far from the center, this hotel will be ideal.
I am happy I have booked this hotel during my stay in Tbilisi. It has new and well renovated rooms as well as Georgian style balcony, were you can sit and enjoy the cozy Tbilisi old town scene. The staff and service is cozy and top quality. We needed some extra help with our stay and the hotel staff willingly helped and showed real care.
Also hotel based in a great location, just few minutes from Liberty square just right at the heart of Tbilisi.
I like everything about this hotel, my wife and I had the best vacation during our stay in this hotel👌starting with the lovely Staffs, the manager “Nino”, the receptionist “VAKO”,the staff in their restaurant “TEONA”, makes us feel comfortable and assisted us from the very first day til our last day in Georgia 💕 Hoping when we go back to georgia will definitely be back in this hotel😊 it’s near from the center even and has a nice view😍
Location of the hotel was excellent. You can't ask for a better location than this. We were able to visit Freedom square, Old city wall ruins, Bridge of Peace etc by foot and took the cable car to mother of Georgia statue ,all by ourselves without the help of a guide or walking tour .The hotel looked very modern, room was excellent, to my surprise, it even had two wireless chargers, view from the roof top restaurant was amazing.
The room is very comfortable and the staff especially Yousuf is very caring and took care of us for our entire stay. The hotel is clean and breakfast is great with a lot of options. It is in a very peaceful neighborhood and it was peaceful from the traffic. Also very easily accessible to all major attractions.I definitely recommend and will stay in The One Terrace Hotel if we are back in Georgia.
Me and my girlfriend were staying for 4 days in the hotel. The hotel's staff is amazing. They were helping and answering on every single request. When we asked for shower's gel they brought up 8 of them 😁💕
Part of the breakfast is handmade, it's really great out there. At the day of our trip around Georgia the lady woke up a bit earlier to make a breakfast for us!
Thank you very much!
Amazing hotel. Nice staff, they tried to help in everything. The location is great. Five minutes walk from the Old Town.
The breakfast is delicious, there are Georgian dishes as well. They also offer a glass of champagne and chacha during breakfast. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I will definitely choose this hotel next time and strongly recommend it to everyone!
If I would rate it, it’s 100/10 for me. Hotel was clean and the staffs were very accommodating. I just love the vintage vibe, the interiors, their buffet breakfast and especially how accessible it is from the city center. I’d definitely be staying here again when I get back to Tbilisi (soon 😘). Highly recommend to stay here. You’ll fall in love with Georgia too
Great hotel with awesome householders! Yes, it's far enough from the city center, but if you're for work here (as me), it's a win-win :) 15 minutes/1km to bus station, 30-40 minutes to city center (by walking + bus). Small grocery store is near the hotel, large one is near the bus station. Restaurants with Georgian cousin and McDonalds is 20-30 minutes walking.
We loved the hotel very much. Irakli was a great host. We felt very much taken care of during our first days in Georgia. Everything worked out perfect. Communication quick, offered car rental was super. Very reliable und responsive. Rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast delicious. You can walk to Old town and into Vera. Highly recommended!
Everything was top shelf, the whole place exceeded my expectations! The rooms are beautiful, staff is beyond kind and beautiful green-garden in the middle of the hotel is just magnificent. The atmosphere and the concept of the hotel is out of this world. Warmly recommended when staying in Georgia!!
Very nice and responsive staff. Good breakfast included in the price. Everyone try to help and do the best. Hotel located in 10 minutes from the center by taxi. Near you can find shops, Bank of Georgia, metro station, and very good restaurant of Georgian food.
I highly recommend Doors Hotel to try if your traveling to Georgia. Its a nice, cozy, and clean place. Everything is excellent from the time I booked, traspo Airport to hotel (back and forth), foods, the staff- very helpful and friendly. Thank you very much.
The hotel is very clean and hospitality is superb. Being a solo traveler I visited places that were not tourist attractions but thanks to David and Gala for showing me Georgian culture, the food, the living etc.
Madloba David.
It is a nice house converted to a hotel. the staff is very friendly and accommodating. room was spacious. they served us a warm Georgian breakfast. The Wi-Fi was working well. extra request for cutleries was provided promptly.
THe people working at the hotel were absolutely wolnderful and typically 'Georgian' - friendly, generous, hospitable, helpful. Great beds/pillows. Very quiet - which is rare for downtown. We can't wait to return.
