Akwaaba (welcome) to a serene, quiet and relaxing getaway! Welcome to our self serviced apartments in Tesano, Accra, Ghana. We are honoured to be the proud winner of the Award for Affordable Apartments of the Year for Ghana, 2019. We offer a fantastic serene location where guests can enjoy a private relaxing experience. A family friendly approach, great hospitality and guests also enjoy complimentary drinks/beverage. 15mins from 2 popular shopping malls, 20-30mins from the Airport, nightlife and central Accra. A car rental and Airport pickup service is also available. You can check-in anytime from 2pm to 11pm (self-service or with our help). Early check-ins are allowed so long as we have no guests checking out on that same day. You will be staying in a spacious and elegant 2 bedroom 110sqm self-serviced apartment. The apartment is furnished with Italian floor tiles, trendy furnishings and has a modern look. The apartment has a spacious lounge, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and 2 good sized bedrooms with 2.5 private bathrooms. The modern bathrooms are equipped with towels, bathroom soap and a make-up mirror. Available for your added convenience, are a washing machine, a drying line, iron and ironing board. Some complimentary bottled mineral water and beverage is provided in the kitchen. Electric current: 240 Volts. This is a No Smoking apartment. Breakfast is not included in the base rate. Amenities and other features in the home include Free parking, Free Wifi, Satellite TV, board games and a bookshelf of newspapers to borrow, including guide books and magazines on Ghana plus some suggestions on special places to visit as well! This Apartment is eco-friendly. We have both a back-up solar generator and standard generator when the main power goes off. Security will switch on automatically. Have a wonderful time with us!

Tesano in general is a quiet serene environment. It’s easy to get to various parts of the city including the beach, the malls, eateries, local attractions, adventures in the city and the Accra Zoo. Tesano is off the N1 MOTORWAY and is sandwiched between Achimota, Abelemkpe and North Industrial Area neighbourhoods. The residence is off Tenth Street, Tesano (use Google Maps). 20mins drive to the Kotoka Airport, Accra Mall and Airport residential area (for a good variety of restaurants). 25mins drive to Osu Oxford Street (night life, shopping and restaurants) and environs. Very close to the Crystal Palm Hotel and 5mins walk from the Tesano Sports Club. Entertainment and hospitality is never lost at Tesano. The Tesano Sports Club (once the buzz of Accra) has a 13 foot swimming pool, tennis, squash and badminton courts amongst other activities. There are a few corner shops, supermarkets and restaurants (Papaye, Pizza Hut, KFC, Noble House etc…) and banks (Ecobank, GCB, Fidelity) available close by.
