What a little gem hidden in the mountain.I must say the village is so peaceful and easy to locate. The host did his absolute best to have a pleasant stay.Car park is available at the property for those traveling by car. The house is located right next to the main square and is full of traditional artefacts. The room I stayed was decently size and also had a balcony with a modest view. Despite my brief one night stay I will definitely be booking again on my next travel.

This place was such a nice surprise! It is in a magical village, the host was so nice, ,and the whole place was like going back in time, but in a special,well designed and managed way. Every thing was perfect! The historical restoration and decoration, the place was spotless clean, the kitchen was well equiped and the breakfast (on self service)was surprisingly rich. We felt at home while staying in an ancient traditional house. And the price was just to low...as for value for mony it is by far one of the best places i stayed in.beyond that, the guesthouse in in the main square of the village where there are good place to eat. Again the food was surprisingly good! And the village was charming.

A very beautifil house, full of history and personality. The owner is very helpfull and kind. You have everyrhing you need and more, just like in your own home. Also, the village of Ampelaki is very picturesque, with an authentic traditional vibe.

Antonios (the owner) is very kind. He gave us some homemade products. It is stated that breakfast is not included in the price, but there is a very well-stocked kitchen. Better than many guesthouses that have breakfast. And it's all free. The countryside is also beautiful. It is located on a hill with a beautiful view. Spring water all around. A beautiful square with a huge plane tree and restaurants in the shade. We will definitely come here again. Much better than expected.
