We launched Exis in 2018 as a way to help people view Greece through the lens of gastronomy. After 2 years our company has grown in people and activities. We have grown to incorporate accomodation in downtown Athens, as well as a range of services to provide an overall experience to our clients. What makes us different is our belief that no one can do it alone. Working with the best you can build the best team, but without teamwork there is no team. We love gastronomy, we investin high-end hospitality, we know every corner of Athens and of course we have collaborations with the best professionals.

A neoclassical 6-person apartment in walking distance to all the magic spots of this city, ready to share its memories with you. It is a 90 sq. apartment with a mini patio ideal for your morning coffee. It has two bedrooms perfectly equipped for a good night sleep. It can accommodate up to 6 persons, having 2 single beds, 1 double and a very comfortable sofa bed. Entering, there is a small hall with a chalk board full of recommendations for Athens as well as a booklet with useflul information about what we stand for, who we are and what we offer. Moving on, you will find yourself at the living room, equipped with a smart TV, Netflix and strong Wifi signal. The kitchen is fully functional,having all the basic appliances you might need for your stay . Upon request, a basket full of fresh fruits and refreshing beverages will be accompanying your morning coffee every day, so that to ensure that your day will be full of energy to explore. In the lately renovated bathroom, you may find health care products and all the basic amenities you might need during your stay.

The place is to be found in a safe, lit up and friendly neighborhood, suitable for both adults and kids. Nearby, you may find supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, grocery stores, whilst it is close to public transportation. The neighborhood is at the center of Athens, but at the meantime, secluded from the bustle and the noise of the city. Surrounded by Plaka, Monastiraki, Gazi, Ermou Str. And Syntagma, sightseeing will be very convenient, since everything is at a walking distance, including all the award- winning bars, restaurants and coffee places suggested at my booklet, so you can get the most out of your stay.
