Location of the apt is in the heart of the Plaka area. Only minutes walk to any of the sites and some lovely restaurants and bars nearby. We were a couple so the apt was huge for us, lots of storage and all the facilities you could want. Would easily accommodate a family or two couples. The owner Filippos was there to meet and greet us and helpfully provided an information sheet with local eateries, places to visit. Also great to have the fridge stocked with juices, beer and water on arrival. Good safe as well. Lovely terrace which is great to have breakfast, relax in the afternoons or for a coffee and Metaxa later at night. Oh and the view.....worth staying there for that alone. We had the most fantastic week with Filippos happy to answer any questions along the way. All in all a great place to stay, highly recommended.

Host met us and gave us a wealth of information about the area as well as favorite restaurants, apartment information, etc. The view from one of our bedroom windows of the Acropolis Hill is breathtaking, particularly at night lit up.

Loved everything. It was a perfect pad for our family's two night stay in Athens. It is within 5 to 10 minute walk to most attractions in Athens and right in the middle of Plaka area. It was super easy to communicate with the host on Whatsapp. His associate met us on our arrival, gave us excellent overview of the city with list of restaurant recommendation which was super nice and saved us tons of research time. The view of Acropolis from the room is stunning specially at the night. You are sleeping and waking up with the amazing view of this historical marvel. The apartment has one queen bed and one king bed with a separate bed room which was great. The kitchen was fully loaded and host was super nice in providing complimentary water and great choice of beverages as well (soda, juices, wine, beer etc). The balcony overlooking Athens is huge. Wish we had more time to enjoy the balcony.

The apartment was centrally located for what we wanted to do. 10 min walk from Syntagma, 10 min walk to Monastiraki markets and square, 15 minute walk to Acropolis area. Right next to Plaka and cathedral. Double gated, small elevator :). The apartment was beautiful with a balcony, two sleeping areas, sitting and dining areas, and best of all, the view of the Parthenon day and night. Filipos was there to great us, give us the keys, show us around the apartment and had suggestions on the city printed out on the table. He texted and checked in on us throughout the stay and kept us updated on the political actions of the day. (There were protests going on in the city, no bother to us). FIlipos had cookies and wine waiting for us. Coffee and sodas in the fridge. It was so nice to be welcomed to Athens this way. I highly recommend this apartment but also, Filipos as the host. Thank you again for making our stay glorious.
