Vaggelis and his parents were so helpful, warm, welcoming, and kind to us during our stay. The breakfasts were very good and plentiful and the extra treats from Vaggelis' mom were so wonderful and made us feel special. We could not have asked for better hosts.

If you are taking a trip to Santorini and need a clean place to stay and wonderful hosts I could not recommend this enough.

The location was incredibly convenient, right next to bus stop and a 15 min walk to Oia. But far and away the highlight of this property was our hosts. Vaggelis and his mother and father were incredibly welcoming, thoughtful, and helpful. They truly helped make our stay special! We would recommend to anyone.
United States of AmericaWe have completed our Greek adventure at this fabulous and spacious place with great views over Oia and it's sunset. This family owned placed is just a great option for those who still want to be near Oia but away from its busy streets . Vaggelis and his mother have been of such great support and provided us with great tips and advice. The house is just on the side of a path that leads you up to a tiny church from where you can reach Fira ( 2.5h walk ) or Oia (15 minutes walk) via walking trails and also enjoy the magnificent sunset . There are also , at least, 4-5 really nice restaurants close by that you should try to dine in , but make sure you reserve ahead even on low season . Highly recommended !
United KingdomWe had a great stay. The house is very clean, tradicionally designed, has a huge terrase to enjoy the view. We had a car so distance was not a problem. Vaggelis and his mom are the nicest hosts 😊
LatviaThe properties are split into 5 different tiny houses offering privacy from others and the perfect amount of space for 2-4 person family. Vaggelis and his mother, Flora are wonderful hosts and take care of every need with apparent joy. Would highly recommend for the proximity to Oia without being directly in the middle of the madness and the great hosts/owners of the property.

The hotel was outstanding and I felt in a great location with good restaurants, a nice hiking path and a short walk to oía city center. I will stay here again when I come back to santorini

Staff very kind, nice, they have helped me a lot during mi days in Santorini about places to visit, advices, and have made my experience better!! Location in my opinion is perfect because is between Oia and Fira so, perfect for moving around by local busses or private transfers!! Booking.com should has a grade above 10, if I could, I would rate this place with a 20!
