The hotel is new, which is very important. Everything is clean and taken care of. The staff is just amazing, very helpful in case you need anything. I haven’t booked any experience when I arrived and it was too late to book a boat tour for the same day because everything was sold out. I reached out to their manager, Vasilis, and two calls later he got me a spot for the sunset cruise. Even when I checked out Vasilis still has been helping me a lot during my stay in another part of Santorini.

What a brilliant stay. Love the hotel, the room and location. The best of all the view of the sunset. Don't need to go to Oia or Fira, get a bottle of wine and sit by the pool area for the full view of the sunset. Realised this on our last night, truly wish we have noticed as soon as we checked in instead of paying a hefty amount for dinner and drinks for the best seat in the restaurant to view the sunset in Oia. Before we rented a car, we took a taxi to Oia and strolled back to the hotel about 20 minutes walk more or less. Customer service was excellent, staff are so helpful. Whatever you need, taxi, car rental, etc., staff are so helpful, attentive and availble at all time. Bill, you're such as ACE! Thank you so much, Bill and everyone for an unforgetable birthday break for my wife.
