Property information

Aegina is a luxurious villa of 153 sqm, set in a 550sqm plot, full of pistachio and pine tree. It is fully renovated and it features a typical Aegean architecture with simple, clean lines. The villa is fortunate to be along the coastal route, where a unique series of 34 well preserved neoclassical buildings impress the visitor: towers, mansions, kapodistrian, classical, neoclassical, modern, folk, captain and many newer beautiful architectures, designed by legendary Greek architects. The sea looks almost everywhere in the villa. It extends into two main levels. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people. The terrace is next to the pistachio and pine trees yard, with a newly built BBQ and a dinning table. The white and the blue color are dominant. The interior decoration is modern and new. It is fully air-conditioned with the latest equipment. The many and large windows allow the visitor to enjoy the view of a wonderful landscape. Τhe sunset from the first floor balconies is amazing and invites you to enjoy it. The colors, that brighten the island, every hour of the day, whether in broad summer sunshine or under cloudy sky are unique.

According to the ancient myth, Aegina was named after Zeus's mistress. Zeus hid her there to save her from the wrath of his wife, Hera. And Zeus chose the most beautiful women for mistresses... Over the centuries, ancient civilizations flourished on the island. Aegina has inspired some of the greatest Greek artists and intellectuals, and even today remains the permanent home for many of them. Aegina is much more than an island "near Athens".
