The modern architecture, the excellent layout, the spacious private pool and of course the romantic view of the sunset are only a few of villas’ s benefits! Stretched across two levels, with light toned walls and modern design furniture, the villa provides an atmosphere of luxury and relaxation and as the numerous large windows allow the light to enter, the view of the olive grove is more than gorgeous. The terraces of the villa offer also magnificent views of the sea and the romantic sunset and in the central terrace you can enjoy a romantic dinner under the moonlight.... The pool area, in addition to the spacious private pool is complemented by modern design sunbeds and a large umbrella. During the night, the pool lights create a magnificent setting as they change color and in that scenery you can relax by drinking a summer cocktail... The modern architectural layout of the villa is something really remarkable. A glass corridor, unique design is placed over the pool and connects the bedrooms area of to the rest of the house.

Nopigia is a quiet place close to the sea with its small seaside restaurants, beach bars and various other small shops. But it is also located close to some of the best beaches in the world, like Falaserna, Balos and Elafonisi. With easy access to the main road network it will take a 20 min drive to reach most of these wonderful places.
