Anicca is a newly built modern luxury villa of 100 sq.m. designed by Markat Construction Company, located on a hill top of Meganisi Island with great ocean side views in a stunning natural surrounding.
It has its own private swimming pool and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
ANICCA has spacious open-plan lounge with en suite, fully equipped kitchen, a master bedroom with Queen sized bed with en suite bathroom, a guest bedroom with twin beds converted into a King sized bed.
All sleeping amenities are bespoke Cocomat nature line and all bathrooms offer Zealots natural toiletries, a main large 2-basin bathroom with bathtub and visitors WC with shower, service room with laundry, BBQ and a private parking area.
The villa is fully air-conditioned.
