Newly constructed, near the beach, guest house hotel (2016) with 6 apartments, 3 are on the ground floor and the others on the first floor.​They situated about 50 meters from the sea and marked in the center of the beach settlement of Nikiti. Walking along the seafront in few minutes you will find Nikiti harbour, which is home to yachts and fishing boats. For those looking for a getaway, Nikiti is a key location both for excursions by car and by boat, as there are many destinations nearby worth visiting. Accommodation in modern buildings and zoning standards, with enhanced thermal insulation in masonry level and frames.The 3 family-friendly ground floor rooms are approximately 28.5 sq.m., can accommodate up to 2 adults in a double bed and 2 children in a double sofa bed. The 3 upstairs family rooms are about 30 sq.m., can accommodate up to 5 people. The 3 in the main room, 2 in a double bed and 1 on a chair bed and the other 2 in the attic into a double bed. All rooms are equipped with TV and WiFi air conditioner and all the electrical and cooking appliances for food preparation.

Nikiti is a vibrant and lively seaside town during summer that is located in the beginning of Sithonia peninsula, one of the most popular summer destinations of Halkidiki. Thanks to its great residential development you can find anything you need. Its roads are full of shops, super markets, and services, as well as cafés, bars and traditional tavernas that reach all the way to the sea. The long sandy beach is well organised, and welcomes you to the warm, blue waters of Sithonia. The driving distance between Nikiti to Thessaloniki Airport (SKG) is 88 km.
