Είναι κτισμένο αμφιθεατρικά σε μια έκταση 3 στρεμμάτων στο ωραιότερο σημείο της πόλης με πανοραμική θέα το απέραντο γαλάζιο του Κρητικού Πελάγους, την παλιά πόλη και το Βενετσιάνικο κάστρο (Φορτέτσα). Η φιλοσοφία του Archipelagos είναι να προσφέρει φιλοξενία με ανθρώπινη ζεστασιά από τους ιδιοκτήτες και το προσωπικό ,σε συνδυασμό με όλες τις σύγχρονες προδιαγραφές και εγκαταστάσεις .
