The place is exceptional. Very convenient location near Chora / port and with a stunning sea view. The apartment was very calm, spacious, well equipped and nicely decorated. The swimming pool was also very beautiful. The owner was extremely kind, always available and she even helped as more than expected with a little issue that happened to us the last day of our stay. Ios is a very beautiful island and Athina Villas an excellent option to stay.

    There are 3 villas: 3 BDR VILLA -6 guests, 2 BDR villa-4 guests, 1 BDR villa-2 guests. The beach is rocky and not with sand. Chora (the capital) is a 10 minute walk but it's an uphill. With the car is 3 minutes and you can explore the island better.

Property info

The stylish living area of Athina Ios Villa is a combination of Cycladic features and minimal design. Large terraces with fantastic sea views are all around this beautiful villa where you can enjoy a fresco outdoors dining or relax and gaze at the big blue. Step down the stone staircase that takes you directly into the beautiful Mediterranean Ocean. This is by far one of the best features of the house. Five star facilities and high-end services guarantee the optimal holiday experience.

Ios Athina Villa is located at Kolitsani between Chora and Mylopotas. Built on a farm in 2008 located on the beach, with great view of Santorini. At 50 meters from the villa there are two beaches, which are visited only by the occupants of nearby houses.
