The hotel itself is situated nearby the center of Agios Nikolaos town and lake. There is an easy parking and beaches by the side. One of the amazing things was a main door, which opens like in a space shuttle, sliding to the right. The room was spacious with kitchen and bathroom. WiFi and A/C was fine. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was continental with some benefits from the friendly host. Dinner is a la carte menu with variety of Greek dishes. I recommend this hotel for travellers which are looking for a good stay with a reasonable price.

The room was large and extremely comfortable. We had a view of the local beach and the neighborhood was convenient. Plenty of places to eat although we mostly ate at the hotel because Sofia (the owner's wife) was a great cook and knew exactly what to suggest for us to eat. The breakfast was large and very filling!

Very clean nicely appointed room with a fabulous view over the waterfront. Comfortable bed. Breakfast cooked and served on the terrace. Staff were excellent. Inexpensive parking across the street. There are steep steps up to the hotel so that may be a little tricky carrying luggage for some people. Great location for walking around the area.

The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The bed was extremely comfortable. The balcony over looked the beach and marina so was great to sit out with a beer people watching. The photos were a good likeness to the accommodation and you can walk to good taverns Good value

The hotel is located by the harbour with full views of the marina, beach, waterfront, and Gulf of Mirabello. The room was small but had everything we needed to be quite comfortable, a desk, bedside lights, enough plugs, and clothes storage. The balcony with table and chairs made for extra sitting in the sun. Lovely breakfast in the cafe downstairs with eggs, cheese, various breads and rolls along with coffee. We felt well taken care of.

Beautiful view immediately onto the beach. Perfect location for the marina, numerous good restaurant and the beach in a lovely town. The room was of ample size and clean. The staff were delightful, welcoming and friendly. I would definitely recommend staying here and if I go to Crete again I would try to book here!
