Perfect location for a Greek beach holiday. Walk to either a beautiful, secluded beach or to enjoy a full service subbed beach with taverns, cafes and shops. Perfect location to take day trips to the Acropolis or Delphi. Fully stocked to also cook from house. Fruit trees galore!
New and modern villa with private gardens, including many fruit tress. 200 meters to quiet beach and 5-10 minutes walk to organized beach with restaurants, cafes and mini market. Perfect for family and friends vacation. One hour from the Athens airport and city. Visitors can organize trips around the island of Evia and to Chalkida.
