A beautiful and bright 25sqm studio in Viktoros Ougko street in the heart of Thessaloniki at 8 minutes walk from Aristotelous square, overlooking Ano Ladadika square one of the hot spots of the city center, all of the must-see are within 15 minutes walking distance. Cozy and homy studio offers free WIfi, air conditioning, smart TV, washing machine, oven, fridge, vacuum cleaner, cleaned by owner following all safety protocols as directed by local authorities. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary for cooking utensils and a fridge.
Hi I am Mary, we would love to host you in our apartment! We love to get to host people from across the world and make them feel like home. CHECK OUT INFO Will you be so kind to take out the garbage and clear the fridge and shelves of any food you brought with you. I am cleaning the apartment by myself and sometimes I come the next day after you check out if there is no reservation for the same day so this way there is no bad smell in the apartment, thank you!
Ladadika area is a very beautiful ditsrict with a square with colorful two-story buildings with wide, rectangular windows and, along with the paved alleys, they exhale the spirit of old Thessaloniki. Here the old merges with the new. The word Ladadika literally means the shops that sell oil and its products. The area used to be the central market and bazaar of the city during the ottoman occupation or even earlier. It was also known as “Egyptian Market” Nowadays, despite the financial crisis, Ladadika still feature one of the most frequently visited places of the city both by locals and by visitors. Espresso bars, coffee shops, tavernas, beer stores and so on can be found here. The colors, sounds and smells of Ladadika will give you a fair taste of Thessalonian entertainment. The entire area is for pedestrians only, thus giving you the chance to take your time, walk around and take a look until you spot the perfect place for you. Make sure you don’t miss Ladadika during your stay in Thessaloniki.
