“The hotel is far from expectations. The concept wanted to be impressive, but it is extremely kitsch, an abundance of poor quality objects (a lots of plastic hart’s, peppa’s pig mascot at the reception, a lot’s of statues etc). The cleanliness of the common spaces leaves much to be desired, the pools are dirty, the windows dusty, the menu poor and expensive. The rooms do not offer privacy, the window of our room was in the middle of the restaurant, and there is no privacy in the inner courtyard, repeatedly entering tourists who thought it was a common space.”
