Good hospitality, kindness, and sincerity in dealing as if you were among your friends and family who love you. The location is excellent, close to bars, the market, and the bus stop to the city center, and the food is good and varied. The hotel manager, Anna, is an angel from heaven. She treats customers with kindness, love, and kindness. She is professional and experienced, Anastasia from the reception is more than wonderful and so are all the staff, thanks to them.

The location was perfect. The beach a very short walk down a path leading to a beautiful beach. A short ride to a strip full of restaurants, cafes and lots of shopping for any budjet. We had a spacious veranda and swimming pool with our suite. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets… The food tasted truly authentic and was top quality. Above what we have experienced in all inclusives. The price was less than we expected for what we got. Congratulations to the chef and pastry chef. Superb! The waiting staff were courteous and helpful, always with a smile! My husband and I highly recommend Solimar Turquoise and Solimar Aquamarine. Thank you to the reception staff who provided everything . My husband and I will return next year!

Barely waited until my departure to leave a review, because I was so excited about this place. How it doesn’t have an all 5 star review is beyond me. This place is pure magic, everything from rooms to restaurant to the pool. The staff is the real magic trick of this resort though, as their personal touch is felt in every detail of the experience. From the minute I arrived to the when I had to leave, they made sure I am taken care off, having an amazing time and a memorable vacation. The location is perfect. The beach is so close and it has everything you need around you. There is a public bus going to Chania. The bus stop is outside the hotel.

This was the 2nd time I had stayed at Solimar Turquoise Hotel, now a friend of mine accompanied me and both of us were amazed how kind and attentive the staff were: they welcomed us as if we were close friends, and they even upgraded our room, we got a junior suite which was beautiful and very comfortable. The food was delicious, the restaurant staff took care of my friend's gluten-free diet as well. We enjoyed the hotel's beach, it's right across the road. All in all we had a wonderful time and we were spoilt by Solimar Turquoise. We are definitely coming back next year.

Solimar Turquoise is an amazing hotel! The room was modern, well-equipped and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The meals ( breakfast, lunch and dinner ) were tasty and varied. I can't praise enough the receptionists, they were so nice and caring all the time, and they offered me to stay longer than the usual check-out time. I loved the beach, everything was tidy, ( Agia Marina with its sandy beaches is a lovely place to go swimming! ), the beach bar served refreshing drinks, and the main restaurant was also exceptionally well-organized: no queues at all at the buffet tables. I felt relaxed and refreshed after my short holiday and I am grateful for this lovely experience.
