United KingdomLocation, staff, cleanliness, price. We stayed in two other hotels, one was nicer, more modern, at twice the price. The other was fine but in a much less desirable neighborhood. Very walk able, lots of good local food spots.

BelgiumThe location is very central. The reception staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The breakfast fulfilled my expectations and even exceeded. The lady who works at the breakfast area is so hardworking and disciplined, she surely deserves a lot of appreciation. She makes sure everything is organized and spotless clean. Also the housekeeping ladies do a great job. Highly recommended.

United States of AmericaWe had to stay in the area for one night, so we did not do a wider search. The hotel surprised us being better than expected. The only negative thing is the room size. We would not want to stay there for a longer period of time. Adequate for one night, not so for more nights. The location is great if one wants to be in the centre of the city, but it comes with a price, it may be a bit noisy. A small balcony where one can have a coffee overseeing the buzz of the city. Lots of cafes/restaurants in the area. The breakfast was quite good, probably better than expected from this class of hotels.
