The staff were very friendly and always willing to help especially Ms Haris at the front desk. The food was tasty and varied. The rooms were spacious and clean and so was the swimming pool. Distance to the beach was six or seven minutes. Highly recommended for visitors.

Delicious cuisine, cleanliness in the rooms and, above all, friendly service are the advantages of this hotel. The bus stop to Heraklion right outside the hotel is also a great convenience. Perfect location for us, near the beach/bus stop into Heraklion and lots of restaurants/shops. Hotel staff really friendly especially the breakfast team. The hotel has a very good restaurant attached (Maxims) which we recommend too! Nice pool area. Room very nice with big balcony. Room cleaned every day.

The position of hotel is comfortable, especially if you have a late or very early flight, you can get to the airport in 15 minutes. The stuff is incredibly hospitable and friendly. Highly recommend to have a dinner at the restaurant of the hotel - dishes are huge and delicious.

Very good breakfast, not the same food every day, absolutely chrarming and nice breakfast staff, lovely and helpful waitress. Also a la carte dinners were stunning! The reception was great, very helpful with problem solving. Rooms clean and cosy. Close to bus station and shops.
