Ideally located in the southern suburb of Athens, in Palaio Faliro (Athens Riviera). The apartment is 67 m2 on the 3rd floor in a really nice, safe and quiet neighbourhood. It's 5 minutes walking distance from the sea/beach. The flat consists of one spacious bedroom with a king sized double bed, a spacious living room with a sofa which can be transformed into a double bed, a dining-room, bathroom, wc, kitchen and balcony. All furniture is new and the bedroom and living-room have airconditioning

The flat is at the heart of Palaio Faliro, 5 minutes walking distance from supermarkets, bakeries, vegetable and fruit shops, fish markets, banks, pharmacies, the post office, the police station, bus/tram stations and many other shops, restaurants and traditional Greek taverns (souvlakia included).
