Staff were fantastic. They gave us a WhatsApp number and they were contactable at anytime. They gave us fantastic recommendations about the island and were very knowledgeable. The breakfast was very generous.

I like everything about this hotel. The town center is only about 5 minute walk. The price is a good deal, the are not located on the cliffs but some of those place during season are just too expensive. The service was the best, very very nice people.

From the moment we arrived, Panos was an exceptional host. The hotel itself is beautiful and the room was amazing and matched the photos exactly. Having a private hot tub and balcony was awesome. The location was great and a short, albeit hilly, walk to Fira city center and Firostefani. You get great proximity without having loud noise at night. We ordered the hotel breakfast (make sure to tell them in advance) and everything was delicious and worth the price. Panos also helped us pick a beach to visit on one of our days and arranged transport. The taxi fee was a good value. Our booked taxi fell through the day we departed and Panos saved the day by arranging transport. They carried our bags for us. Just exceptional hospitality. I don't know if this is the standard in Greece, but they exceeded all my expectations. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This was a last minute booking after we missed our ferry and needed emergency accommodation. The manager of this hotel could not have been more helpful. He personally called the ferry company to verify that they were still working the following day (the ferry was due to strike the next day), and drove us to the port himself. He also walked us to the city center and gave us recommendations of places to watch the sunset. The room was beautiful, the hot tub and steam room helped us relax after a stressful day.

This was a lovely place to stay- the best holiday stay we’ve ever had! It’s an excellent location , so close to centre but also quiet as well and more private than most of the accommodations you see on the island - the staff were excellent and so accommodating and did everything to make sure our stay was the best from wine in the room to organizing lifts and answering any questions we had as well as being really friendly! The breakfast was also delicious - this place definitely made our stay in santorini 10/10!
