The company was formed in 2024 with the vision and aim of providing luxurious vacation rentals with highest standard of customer service. The company’s portfolio includes 2 boutique villas located in Gennadi, South Rhodos and a brand-new luxurious apartment located in the center of Rhodes Town. The team at D&R Villas prides itself in being readily available to communicate and help clients in all aspects of their vacation in Rhodos Greece.

Perfectly located between Gennadi village and Gennadi beach, D&R Boutique Villas are modernly designed, 2023 built, fully furnished, and equipped with brand new appliances. Each 2-story villa has a BBQ area, an outdoor swimming pool, and a shower with 4 sunbeds. The large outdoor dining area consists of an elegant natural wooden 2.5 meter dining table and 8 wooden chairs. The villas are separated by a 1.8m fence for privacy. Each of the 3 bedrooms has a queen sized bed, an air conditioning unit, a smart tv connected to the WIFI, and an open wardrobe. The modern kitchen consists of an in-built fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and hotplate. Also available is an espresso machine with pods, toasters, cutlery, and pots and pans. A breakfast bench, with 4 stools, separates the kitchen from the lounge area. The lounge area has an L shaped sofa, a modern coffee table, and a Samsung QLED 65-inch smart tv connected to the WIFI. Each villa has 2 bathrooms with all modern amenities. Next to the front door, there is an in-built storage space containing the washing machine, ironing board, and other villa equipment. Each villa has parking spaces, a security gate, and cameras! Gennadi village and Gennadi beach are only a 100m walk away!

D&R Boutique Villas are located in the village of Gennadi, by the beach. The villas are a 20 minute drive to Lindos and Prasonisi, while Kiotari is 5 minutes away by car. Gennadi has a bus terminal, post office and many restaurants and bars.
