A 180 sq. meters villa with amazing, panoramic view of Aegean Sea. Relax in your private veranda and enjoy the magic sunset over the sea. Egina is only 1 hour by ferry from Athens. There is a rocky beach in front of the house ( walk down the stairs) and a sandy beach within 5 minutes walking as well as shops & restaurants. Parking is available across the entrance There are 2 levels in the house Upper level 3 bedrooms double beds 1 bathroom Lower level 1 kitchen 1 living room 2 balconies
