Dmitri waited for me to arrive until around 9pm and made sure I got the location correct by sending a colleague to pick me up when I ended up at their suites (which was a bit far) from their villas. I had an injured knee from a fall and she showed me the first aid kit and helped me order my dinner and showed me the villa and the facilities within. She gave me her personal number to reach out on WhatsApp if I had any questions or need. She checked on me throughout my stay. I absolutely had a fantastic relaxing time here and would come back to zakynthos in the future.

We stayed 6 days at Emerald Suites during our honeymoon and it was incredible. The suite is very well equipped, the kitchen had all the necessary appliances and they had a grill which we used every night to barbecue. Irene, from the main desk, is very friendly and made sure that we had a wonderful time at the suite. The view is breathtaking, the sunrise is beautiful (and you can watch it without even leaving the bed) and the pool has direct sun light most of the day. I highly recommend this place to anyone going to Zakynthos. We’ve just left and we already want to go back.

I super enjoy my birthday get away holiday at Emerald Villa and Suites . The property is super beautiful 🤩 and I love everything about it . The Rooms , Kitchen, Living and dinning areas are very spacious and well kept, but my favorite 😍 have to be the pool area outside. The pool area was definitely a 10/10 . I have to also talked about the customer service 😍which was also a 10/10 for sure . They are always available to help whenever you have a issue at the villa , daily villa cleaning service and the workers are so lovely and nice . I also want to take the time out to thank DIMITRA for everything she have done to make our stay at the villa the best . She was always available to help us with whatever issues we have . She was always willing to help us whenever we mesage her about anything . Thank you so much DIMITRA you are just the best . I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking to travel to Zakynthos .

The villas are quiet and extremely private, tastefully decorated and modern. The outdoor area has beautiful views and a very large pool. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. If you are looking for a romantic and peaceful stay I would recommend booking! We will definitely be booking with Emerald again when we come back to Zakinthos!

Exceptional suite, wonderful views, impeccable hospitality, very clean rooms. They go above and beyond to cater to your needs. The suite has plenty of opportunities to either catch some sun, or cool off in the shade or in the pool. After waking up, just open the curtains and enjoy the summer sun rising above the sea.

The staff made us feel like home, they are so warm, friendly, welcoming, caring and very very helpful. They can be reached at any time and they do more than they can to help you. Woah, the view is soooo incredible. And the room is so comfy and totally nice furnished. The staff is really, really nice and always interested to make your stay the best possible. We've been there in the middle/end of june and had sun from morning till 7 pm (but you also have an umbrella if you're not such a sun lover like me). We love the island, we've been there the second time and we will definitely come back to Zakynthos AND we will definitely stay at Emerald Villas & Suites again (it was just a dream). For all Zakynthos-Newbies: you'll need a car to travel arround especially when you stay at the north of the island, so thats a big recommendation!

It is truly a beautiful hotel with a spectacular view. The weather was a bit chilly but during the day (thanks to the hotel location on the hill) it felt warm. The staff was very kind and helpful, we will definitely return one day.
