Location of facility . It was in the middle of olive grove. Location is perfect for sunrise, just go outside of your room and you can enjoy the view. From this location you can also enjoy small, quite beach which is 10 minutes walk down to the port where is also small but very nice tavern with tasty food. Rooms are nice and clean

Great house, hosts are very helpful. The room was sparkling clean and it would get cleaned every day. To be honest one of the cleanest and tidiest places I've ever visited. We had a room with a private balcony and a sea view, excellent place to enjoy evenings outside with a wonderful scenery.

A quiet and picturesque location a short walk to shops, restaurants, bars, and beaches. The views from our family room were amazing - over the ocean, the shoreline, and all the way to Kefalonia. In the evenings you can sit on your own, private terrace, enjoy a light breeze and take in the views with your drinks of choice. The room was deep-cleaned daily and towels and sheets were replaced every 3 days. I had not expected that. The hosts were friendly and even gave us a leaving gift.

the location was very nice, we had a view of the sea from our room/balcony. it was in an area that is not to touristy so as people who prefer to see the natural area it was very good. it was also very easy to drive to different parts of the island from the accommodation. the room was big and the beds were comfortable. the kitchenette had just the basics but it was fine. the balcony was a nice place to have breakfast.

We stayed in the studio with its own little private pool which was a treat. The studios are a short walk (10 mins downhill) to the beautiful port of Agios Nikolaos with all its lovely restaurants (and there are a couple of restaurants even closer). The family who own the place were really friendly and accommodating.

Fexulis Studios are located in the beautiful serene area of Skinari, on the North Coast of Zakynthos Island. The area is stunning with the studios surrounded by lush green olive groves and overlooking the sparkling blue water of the Ionian Sea. This is a wonderful spot for couples or families seeking the perfect get-away-from-it-all in a traditional Greek surrounding. ACCOMMODATION The accommodation consists of seven fully furnished studios suitable for 2-3 persons and an attic apartment suitable for 3-4 persons. The studios have two single beds plus room for an extra bed if necessary, small kitchenette with fridge suitable for making light snacks, bathroom with shower, air-conditioning and balcony with stunning sea views. The attic apartment is a large open plan apartment with a double bed, single bed plus room for an extra bed if necessary, kitchenette with fridge suitable for making light meals, bathroom with shower, air-conditioning and balcony with stunning sea views.
Skinari covers a vast area of the north coast of Zakynthos which includes various villages and Fexulis Studios can be found close to the picturesque port of Agios Nikolas. This pretty port has daily ferry boats to the neighbouring island of Kefalonia plus boat trips to the nearby Blue Caves and Shipwreck Beach, for which Zakynthos is famous for. The harbour front has traditional tavernas located next to the waterfront offering fresh fish or Zakynthian cuisine. Skinari is a beautiful region of Zante and a must for anyone wishing to get away from crowds and to enjoy the landscape of Zante, the beautiful colours of the pretty flowers, green scenery and emerald sea creating a dazzling panorama sure to delight everyone fortunate enough to visit this little corner of paradise.
