The villa is located in Stavremeno, Heraklion area completely private but within a well touristic area and a short 3 minute drive to restaurants, tavernas and different organized beaches. Gouves area is a stretch of lovely waterfront 18 km east of Heraklion the region features a great selection of organized beaches filled with tavernas, cafes, shops & restaurants of different cuisines as well as beach bars. The area, as it is a popular tourist attraction which has everything you might need which makes it a convenient home base to explore the region by car. Beaches, mountains, and various cultural and recreation activities are nearby.
