we enjoy our stay in Gouves Bay, the staff are friendly and hard working, and ready to help anytime from the reception, cleaning, kitchen bar and spa. everyone work with a smile. the room and food meet our expectation, value for money. they installed a new window in a dining which I find it nice. keep up the good work guys.

The staff were attentive, friendly and were helpful when asking for places to go and activities to do. The food was great but some foods were repetitive but they were still good, the alcoholic drinks were mixed well and some poured heavy handed- definitely no complaints about that! The hotel was always kept clean and everything was replenished.
