Rooms were wonderful and we have stayed a number of times here. Each room is unique and redefines boutique hotels in general. The décor is put together with flair and meticulous taste. Facilities are excellent, sadly there was not breakfast option when we have stayed but due to the central location this doesn't present any issues.

Every attention to restore and evoke authentic historical detail has been made here. The experience of staying in the hamam room was quite extraordinary, utterly romantic and very comfortable. The attached hamam was glorious! Our host was extremely kind and went above and beyond to help us find our way and settle in. Don’t miss this if you have a chance to stay - highly recommended.

Friendly and attentive host, beautiful and unique room (Suite Nr. 2) with luxurious private hamam (wonderfully relaxing!). Perfect location near many restaurants and shops but still quiet at night. Very short walk to the old venetian harbor. Though there is no immediate parking availabe we left our rental car at a reasonably priced parking garage nearby.

We loved our stay to the hotel, and the hammam was an exceptional-unique experience. I would totally rebook the same hotel. Also the room was well lit many different combinations of light sources creating a romantic environment, spacious and fully equipped with the necessary items (it even had iron!).

We had a very nice and pleasant stay. Hotel is wonderful and well located. The guy that helped us to check in was very friendly and helpful. You can really ask him for all kind of recommendations. He knows the city very good and give you tips where to have an amazing breakfast or park your car free of charge. As we are both tall, I want also to mention that the bed was big and very comfortable! Rare to find ;)

  • How can I get to the closest beach from the property?
    The closest beach to our hotel is at a distance less than a kilometer, and because it is a bit out of the borders of the old town of Rethymno, the most effective way to go , in my opinion, is by foot (about 10 minutes walk).

  • Do you have any rooms with a hot tub, inside or outside?
    From the total of our four suites, two of them have a hot tub included. The Superior Room with Jacuzzi has a Jacuzzi inside the bathroom, and the Two-bedroom Othoman Suite has a big exterior Jacuzzi out at it's private terrace.

  • How far away is the nearest parking place?
    The closest parking lot is on Melissinou Str. at the distance of about 200 meters. There is plenty of space free of charge on Emmanouil Kefalogianni Ave. (near the Prefecture) at about 250 meters.

  • How often does the ski shuttle bus stop by the property?
    I can't say that I fully understand the question, but the schedules for and from the main destination by bus (Chania, Heraklion), is every hour, every day. The bus station is near the sea, just out of the borders of the old town, at the start of Kefalogianni str.

  • Hello, would I be able to book the two bedroom suit for 2 adults and 2 teenagers (13 & 16)? It only shows availability for 3 people Thank you
