The view and the small pool in the balcony are great and no doubt the best part of the trip. I've only talked ( besides the arrival ) with the staff through whatsapp but they were always helpful
PortugalChris was on it! He took care of us and made our stay so enjoyable. We had flight issues coming in and Chris went out of his way to make sure we got our money back for the night we did not make, even though it was the airlines responsibility. He helped us book a sunset trip, that we did not know about that he recommended, that was absolutely amazing. The staff at Katris really care about their customers and I would recommend staying here for your trip to Santorini without a doubt!

SpainWe had an amazing view of the Caldera. Chris the hotel manager was so helpful in making our stay easy and enjoyable. He helped us book transfer from the port to the hotel and met us at the car so he could lead us to the hotel. He helped us with anything we needed! They also include breakfast at the Idol restaurant which was delicious and amazing value.

The host arranged everything for us including taxi, and places to eat and visit. the breakfast was served at the restaurant next to the hotel, and was one of the best restaurants in town in our opinion. would definitely stay here again.
