This hotel is really good value. I live on Crete and visit this area several times throughout the year. I've stayed in different places around Ag. Nicholas and really liked so much about this place. Very friendly people running the taverna (as others have noted the food was very good too) and the hotel. Very clean and exactly what we wanted with the two bedrooms. Views were lovely. Kitchen has what you need .You are on a main road but its all very quiet at night. Pool area was very nice. And close to the best beaches. A solid 9 out of 10. Will definitely stay again.

The deluxe villa is beautiful and of a very high standard. The bathroom is amazing with a LED mirror and a power shower, the beds are so comfortable and there is even a jacuzzi! There are two outside areas with seating with great views and two private sun loungers too. Yiannis and his family really are excellent hosts and make you feel so welcome. We definitely recommend you stay here!

The apartments were super clean, air conditioning worked quickly. The apartment was safe and well located. The owner is very nice and helpful. We arrived late in the night and there was breakfast waiting for us in the fridge. I really recommend staying here.

Have stayed at Kavousanos many times, Yiannis and family do all they can to make you feel welcome and help you with anything you need. The location is great if you like a chilled and traditional Greek setting. The apartments have a great pool/sunbathing area, some apartments have private pools. Our apartment was very spacious with everything you need, lovely balcony area that looks over a stunning view of the village, olive groves and sea. The wifi is really strong, experienced no issues my other half even managed to have a job interview via video link. There is a restaurant downstairs (with yummy cooking by Yiannis's mother Maria), a cafe opposite, plenty of little supermarkets, places to eat and beautiful beaches. Considering how hard it must have been throughout covid Yiannis has continued to invest in the apartments and facilities and it really shows. Cant wait to come back!
