The view is lovely, for us it was a perfect start for our honeymoon trip, we spent our first 3 nights in zakyntos here and enjoyed every moment of it, the terrace with the sea view was perfect.

Close to the beach, nice wiew to the sea. There is a little market nearby. The "city" and the restaurants are walking distance, but not too close, so the place is really good for those who want to chill and rest properly.

Apartment was simple, but clean, in kitchen everything for simple cooking. Sea view was amazing. Quiet location, 200 m to the beach, about half an hour walking to Tsilivi centre. Friendly staff.

We felt really welcomed and really at home at Kondarini Studio! The view from terrace is amazing, the position is very close to the sea, Recebba was very welcoming and adapted the room to our needs. I would also recommend to visit the Abra Cat bar at the beach where wonderful staff will serve you and make you feel in holiday. The quality /price ratio is very high! Super recommend

Located in a quiet position from which it is possible to admire a breathtaking sunset. the structure is located 15 minutes from Zakynthos center. A few steps away, the beach of the owner Abra Cat Abra where it is possible to use the sun beds for free on condition of a minimum consumption of 5 euros. Rebecca is a very kind person with a big heart. She was close to us and helped us through a bad mishap due to an air strike. A sweet, helpful and professional person. Unique place made by unique people.

Lovely property with beautiful views! The rooms are spacious and nicely equipped to a high standard especially considering the more than reasonable price! The rooms have an air conditioning unit which comes in handy during warmer days. The rooms are beyond clean - the house cleaning staff comes everyday and they clean the room, which was amazing and absolutely unexpected at this price point! The hammocks at the front of the property are a very nice touch and it is a great way to relax whilst reading a book. The property is located right by the sea, which is lovely and there is a lovely beach close to the property with an awesome beach bar called Abracatabra - highly recommended (great vibes and reasonable pricing compared to others across the island)! Lastly the owner is very friendly and helpful which makes the whole experience that much better as a whole!

The host was very nice and pleasant . All rooms had a sea view and you could see amazing sunsets directly from your balcony . Property has clean big rooms with a kitchenette that has everything you need. All rooms had the AC.

The perfect place to stay in Zakynthos. Lovely See view from all studios. Short walk to a beautiful sandy beach. The Owner are very friendly and help you if you need something. Try the restaurant Abracatdabra near the beach.

Ubytovaní hodnotím skvěle. Vyzdvihla bych hlavně terasu s perfektním výhledem, pohodlné postele a to, že se ubytovaní nacházelo ve velice klidné lokalitě. Nechyběla ani dobře vybavená kuchyň. Dále chvalím přístup majitelky a paní uklízečky. Majitelka odpovídala na zprávy vždy včas a byla s ní výborná komunikace. Dokonce nám vyřídila půjčení auta za velice výhodnou cenu. O úklid se starala paní uklízečka, která každý den vytírala podlahu, stlala postele a vynášela odpadky. Ubytování bych doporučila všem, kteří hledají klidnou lokalitu k odpočinku.
