Welcome to La Casa Di Fiori, a two storey house equiped with all the state of the art appliances. The house is located in Platanias village, only 10 km away from Chania city and the Old Venetian harbor. You can get there by following the road that leads to the old quarter of the village. Also, the house is 5 minutes walk away from the beach. The house has two floors 120 m^2 in total and can host up to 5 persons. GROUND FLOOR As you enter the house, you are greeted by a warm and inviting seating area. Sink into the plush sofa and enjoy your favorite shows on the 50" TV. From the living room guests have access to a spacous veranda where an outdoor dining table is also available, offering ample chance for al fresco dining and views to the surrounding fields. Adjacent to the seating area, you will find a spacious indoor dining area. The fully equipped kitchen next to it, boasts all essential appliances and ample counter space. Whether you are enjoynig a family meal or hosting a gathering with friends, this space offers a cozy ambiance. Convenience is a top priority in this house, and the ground floor also features a bathroom complete wiht a washer and dryer. FIRST FLOOR Moving to the first floor, you will discover the two bedrooms. The master bedroom, with its comfy 1,60x2,00 bed, offers a tranquil retreat. It includes a spacious walk in closet, a safety box, air conditioning and a vanity. For those seeking a breath of fresh air, the master bedroom also grants access to a balcony, where you can indulge in the scenic views of the surroundings. Adjacement to the master bedroom, you will find a second bedroom , featuring a comfortable bed measuring 1.40x2.00, a closet and airconditioning. Similar to the master bedroom, this room also offers access to a balcony, where you can relax in a seating area while enjoying breathtaking views of the area and the distant sea. Completing this floor is a stylish bathroom with a shower cabin, providing a refreshing space for you
