The newly renovated apartment (February 2017) offers a unique view of the lake from the balcony and living room. It is located at the most beautiful and well-known point of Ioannina, next to the walls of the castle and a few steps from the pier that start the boats on the island. All the monuments and museums of the city are within a 10-minute walk. There are cafes and restaurants in the area. A little further away are the pedestrianized streets of the old market, which are bustling with life, day and night. The house is spacious (75 square meters), bright and consists of a large living room, two bedrooms, bathroom and large kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with brand new electric appliances and a dishwasher. Aill rooms are with air contition. The bedrooms are located on the back and overlook the courtyards of the neighborhood's houses. They can darken, have mattresses and upholstery of modern technology for sleeping comfort and a variety of pillows to find what suits you. The house is located on a pedestrian street, the car reaches a distance of 30 meters. Public parking spaces nearby. 180 meters away there is an organized parking fee of 3 euros per day.
