Lap home is located in a quiet neighborhood in Kavala 850m away from Eleftherias Square (center). In 10 minutes you can be in the center walking. It is an independent apartment on the ground floor, fully renovated that can accommodate up to 6 people. It has 2 bedrooms, living room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need, 2 bathrooms with shower and hydromassage and access to a courtyard. In front of the apartment there is free parking on the street. The apartment provides towels and linen, 3 air conditioners for heating and cooling, free high speed WiFi, 3 smart TV, washing machine, dishwasher, espresso coffee maker with capsules, kettle, toaster and all the necessary electrical appliances.

At 300m there is a local market with a coffee shop, snack bar, butcher, fish shop, mini market and patisserie. As well as a playground for children. From the opposite side at 150m. begins the path called the road of water. An amazing 10 Km route in nature that takes you to the Byzantine watermill of Old Kavala. Ideal for walking in nature or for running on rough terrain. At a distance of 300 m is the church of Agios Athanasios, one of the oldest churches of the city, and from the other direction at the same distance is the church of the Holy Cross. Perigiali beach is just 1 km away. It is a very long beach where at the end of it there is a fully organized beach bar, the Vranas resort. Rapsani beach is 2.5 km away. The Archaeological Museum of Kavala is 2 km away. The old town and specifically Mehmet Ali's house is 1.5 km away. The nearest airport is Kavala International Airport, at a distance of 35 km.
