Great location, direct access to Agios Nikitas village. The rooms are far enough away from the road that it’s quiet. The breakfast was a buffet of various selections and it was delectable. Every afternoon we returned from the beach to a new dessert as a treat in our refrigerator. The pool and lounge chairs are nice and perfect for an “afternoon in”. There are also some umbrellas and mats available to borrow in case you do not have any to take with you to the beach. The room is clean with working air conditioning and a beautiful view of the pool and the sea.

The host and the staff were excellent from the moment we did the booking (sharing suggestions for great places and restaurants) until we left. The view towards the sea and the mountains is magnificent, the location is very good and the breakfast was just perfect. Many thanks to the Fetsi family, to Marina, and to the entire staff!

The location is the best from Agios Nikitas. The seaside view is amazing. The rooms are always clean and the balcony is great. Some pillows are missing from the balcony chairs . The breakfast is simple but decent. The tradition of the location is to receive as a guest everyday cakes in the fridge.

Very friendly host, location was near restaurants and walking distance from Milos Beach. Also parking available, which is not a luxury in this area. You could make the room very dark at night with the window shutters. Nice pool with a nice view of the mountains and sea. Lovely breakfast. High value for money considering the location.

    Hello Sir, We do not have apartments at all in our property. :)) We only have Double or Twin Rooms. The price through Booking can;t be different than the one mentioned in their site. Direct Reservations could have something like 10% Discount. :))
