The food was widely available, but despite the good ingredients, it was often a bit tasteless. A lot of mosquitoes got into the room from the hallway and their bites at night caused a lot of painful stalks.

The room was very comfortable and especially the direct connection to the pool was great. Services are comprehensive and the staff friendly, special thanks to the suite area snack bar for women. The hotel also has a clean private beach with good facilities.

We were only staying for one night for a wedding. Two days before the wedding we came to the hotel to ask if we could pay for an early check in for the wedding. we were told it was not necessary and we could just turn up. on the day of the wedding we turned up at 10.30am. our room wasn’t ready and we were told to wait. I kept having to go back to reception to remind them we were waiting and one receptionist was very very rude. after waiting 2 hours we had to get changed into our wedding clothes in the toilets. I also had to do my hair and make up in the toilet. we eventually got the key to our room at 1.30 by which time it was too late as we had to leave for the wedding so we had to leave our bags in the car. the receptionist who dealt with us in the end was very very helpful.

That the all inclusive does not include the theme restaurants, unless one spends minimum 7 nights (the situation was resolved with the help of the employees at the reception). The Wi-Fi and general internet worked very poorly. The entrance cards to the room stopped working several times during our stay.

The food was excellent at the main buffet restaurant. There were many swimming pools and during May we did not feel like there were too many people. The beach, especially the sea just by the hotel was lovely. The employees were always ready to help if needed.

The room was nice, possibly could use some minor touch-ups. The wallpaper could've used some glue behind the edges. The mirrors in the bathroom should have been aligned. The cleaning was done every day but some trash behind the bathroom trash can remained there for four days. New roll of toilet paper was brought in only when the old one was used up and was not replaced but just left on the countertop, which was weird.

The room was facing the beach, also really close to the relax-pool and beach bar. There were always free beach chairs so no overcrowding. The relax-poolside was more popular. The poolside bar was great!

Very crowded main restaurant - both in the morning and evening. Waiting time / and queuing. Our room (1140/1141)had sea view but just beside a parking area - not nice. We started out with half board but prices in reastaurants and snack bars were outrageous - 9 Euros for a paper cup of spaghetti bolognese?! Since the hotel isn’t located close to restaurants we upgraded to all inclusive for the last couple of days.

I think it’s because of off season. I have stayed there for 1 week and during my stay no one clean the pool or pool areas . It was really dirty. the grass was grown wildly. water over the floor has not been clean for many days etc etc. no shuttle bus facilities. furniture in the restaurant was little old.
