The Lotus Studio Apartment North is a brand new large studio apartment (44 sq m). It is situated on the ground floor of a building with overall 5 apartments. The apartment has an independent entrance, no common areas or corridors with other apartment of the same property. It offers mountain views. It's ideal for couples, or couples with kids. It has a large area at the front of the balcony door. The studio apartment enjoys mountain views on the opposite side of the Argostoli bay. Although it is at the bottom of the building as it has a big yard at the front it is sunny, comfortable and gratifying.
Hi The studio apartment is brand new and we believe in a good taste and style. It is comfortable with relaxing colors and well chosen equipment. the windows and doors are brand new and of high quality. The studio apartment is situated in such a manner that it is quiet, spacious and covert or private. It is ideal for couples or couples with kids. It's a great spot to be the base of exploration of an island that still provides for so many hidden jewels.
The area is placid, not many constructions around. Still within the plan of Lixouri town. There's a lot of green space around with olive trees on the one side and bushes on the other. Still it is quite convenient as there's a supermarket close by and a petrol station. The distance of the studio apartment to the town center hardly exceeds one kilometer whereas the distance to the most popular beaches like Lepeda is about 3 kilometers and Xi 5 kilometers.
