United States of AmericaCheck in staff was great (Mr Poseidon), he even met us at our taxi in night rain. Complimentary waters and slippers were appreciated. View was awesome, sunset was not to be missed. Housekeeping was thorough. No major complaints at all. Breakfast was above average but staff wouldn't let us take breakfast to our room.

United States of AmericaThe location is perfect. You are surrounded by all the restaurants/shops and bus station. You get a shared or private balcony with insane views. The free breakfast is excellent. The rooms are clean and more than adequate. The bathroom is clean and functional. Be aware this is not a high end luxury property. It is very nice but if you want that, you will have to pay more. Lastly, the restaurant on property, Aris, is excellent and has insane views. I recommend a reservation at 8pm or later in summer as the sun beats down on you before then.

FranceThis hotel offers unobstructed view of caldera and is 5 mins walk away from Fira bus station. Breakfast is also good.
NetherlandsThe included breakfast was exceptional. The staff was probably the biggest highlight! Matina was there for all of our needs and even refunded our first night (because our flight was delayed and we didn’t get in until the following day) which was very kind of them! Matina also gave us an upgraded room. The views can’t be beat.
