This is a new luxury villa with a heated pool with electrolysis disinfection system(No use of chemicals) Fully equipped pool villa, with stunning view of the sunset. Ideally located near Acropolis, Athens, and its airport.But also a stepping stone for exploring the north Peloponnese. In our bedrooms you will find new, branded, anatomic mattresses and top quality white linens that will make your sleep a unique experience, large wardrobes with safety locks and SMART 32 TVs. Air conditioning is available in every room. You will also find a Buffalo Eliminator II American Pool table 9ft , Professional tabletop foosball table , a very large office and next to it a warm lounge with table games and puzzles, a LED TV49 in, a large football field, fitness home gym equipment, gym treadmill and large balconies overlooking the pool, mountain and sea. In the huge and luxurious three (3) bathrooms you will find storage closets, washing and dry machine, large shower with hydromassage column , large bathtub. The pool, the BBQ and the entire garden have lighting and all the necessary comforts ,an outdoor ping pong table , Little Tikes Endless Adventures PlayCenter Playground , trampoline and archery accessories for kids.

Our villa in Loutraki is located 550 meters from the nearest beach, 1 km from the Corinth Canal and the city center,3 km from SPORTCAMP one of Europe's best SPORT TRAINING CENTER, 8 km from a skate park and a pump track, in a quiet and safe neighborhood of Loutraki. Very close to one of Europe's largest Casino. In Loutraki you will find a modern SPA center, many cafes and taverns by the sea and night clubs for all kinds of entertainment. You can also visit old Orthodox monasteries such as St.Patapios with the magnificent view of the Corinthian Gulf on Mount Gerania, the unique beauty of Lake Vouliagmeni with the ancient temple of Goddess Hera.You can walk to Loutraki beach in 5 minutes on foot and there is also a bus stop nearby. Free and easy parking in front of the villa in a private fenced area.Our Guests will have the villa and it's amenities all to themselves. They can enjoy their dives, without any time limitation in use, the heated pool of 8m * 4m. size , from 1.5 m to 2.2 m. depth, which has counter swimming for workout, hydromassage.By the pool you will find luxurious IROKO wooden deck chairs with incredibly comfortable cushions for unique relaxation.
