My name is Kostas Vasilakis and I have studied marketing and business management. Already being an owner of two successful villas and co-owner of a well known web development company in Greece, I started to manage other vacation rentals as well. Perched on a hilltop, in the outskirts of Rethymno, Mageia Exclusive Residence is a 377 square meter, newly built villa with high standards. The villa adopts the indoor-outdoor lifestyle with seamless transitions between the inside to the terrace. Fully private, but conveniently close to everything, Mageia Exclusive Residence offers all that you were looking for, for your summer holiday. The services below are also included in the price: - Welcome pack including traditional Cretan treats - Daily Shopping Service (cost of groceries not included) - Daily Cleaning - Towel & Linen changes every 2 days - Daily cleaning and pool maintenance - Garden maintenance as required **-Starting 01/01/2024, a new tax “Climate Crisis Resilience Charge” was introduced, requiring a fee of 10euros/night from March to October and 4euros/night from November to February. The amount needs to be paid in cash or by card upon your arrival.

The villa is located in the outskirts of Rethymno city only 5km away from the center Additionally the villa is located next to the village Atsipopoulo which is a large suburb of Rethymno and which has developed in the past few years offering many kinds of shops, supermarkets, bakeries and tavernas. Specifically in Rethymno centre there is a large variety of shops (supermarkets, fishmongers, butcher shops, bakeries,) as well as highly acclaimed restaurants, numerous cafes, pastry shops, ice cream shops and more. In Rethymno you may also visit the magnificent old town, the Venetian harbour, the museum and the venetian castle “Fortezza” which is the trademark of the city.
