We love this little family run place. Communication with Georgios is easy, he always responds quickly. His father doesn't speak English, but very friendly and make us feel welcomed. The property is away from center, but it's a small island, walking distance to restaurants and harbor. Room is very clean, has everything we need. Room decor is upto date. Web description is accurate and no surprises. It's steps away from the ocean. We came early in the season, island has a real village vibe, wish I can spend a lot more time here. Highly recommend Mistral-Patmos.

Absolutely beautiful apartment, with the most stunning view from the balcony overlooking the sea. It was so quiet, could just hear the waves lapping against the shore. George had thought of everything to make the trip very special, and his lovely father even met us from the boat and brought us to the door - and kindly dropped our bags back to the boat when we wanted to explore the cave again on the last morning. They had tea/coffee/juice and even a bottle of wine to welcome us! It is in the most perfect spot - about 5-7 mins walk into the town, 20-25 minute walk up to the cave - though you can easily catch a bus from the town to the cave or the monastery. I really cannot recommend this beautiful apartment more highly, we can’t wait to come back again.

What a fantastic place! We were welcomed by Giorgos at the port and he gave us very useful recommendations about the island (including beaches and restaurants). The room was exceptional! Our room had a balcony with the sea view. The room was spacious, very clean (with daily cleaning), and with a large bathroom. Comfortable bed. The kitchenette was well equipped. The hosts were extremely friendly and polite, and they also treated us with some cakes and sweets for our breakfast. The room is also well-located, just 5 minutes away from the centre of Skala. Overall, great value for money. When back in Patmos, we will certainly stay here :)

The room was perfect, very well designed in a simple but thoughtful way. A good welcome pack, provided all that was needed for my arrival. The room was kept very clean. The owner was delightful. A great location with a beautiful sea and sunset view made my too short stay a very happy one. I would highly recommend for those seeking a quiet location but within and 7-8 minute walk to the centre of Skala and all the restaurants, cafes, shops, ferry and bus stop.
